Nick’s passion for teaching is clear the moment you walk into class. His classes are a challenging -- yet lighthearted -- exploration of the sacred geometry of the body in tandem with the breath to foster a more accessible foundation in your practice. He feels that teaching and holding space for yogis to be exactly where they need to be is a privilege and will guide you through new movement and discovery on the mat. When he’s not teaching, you can find Nick at a competitive backgammon game, reading the Harry Potter series, or openly weeping over a Grey’s Anatomy episode.
