This class is all about the hips! Created around a single pose - “baby side angle,” this class will challenge you to explore the relationship between the rotation of the hips and the twist or positioning of the spine.
After a warmup full of crossed limbs and water salutations, we dive right into lunges. Think of this hour as less of a buildup towards a peak pose, and more as a continuous engagement of a peak idea or physical activation. This moves a *tiny* bit slower than my usual classes, but not by much; in this class we work with the idea of “work a little, rest a little.” Have fun!
