If you want an hour of active leg work, strength building, and core endurance work, this class is for you. The warm-up is designed to activate your core in an intense yet accessible way from the jump. You’ll be asked to integrate that activation into your standing and balancing poses all the while integrating strength and stamina building work into the practice. If you’ve never worked with three point plank push-ups before, now’s your chance. After our peak of legs and lunges (and twists, oh my!) we’ll transition to safe and accessible full splits, and then savasana. This one is fast, so be ready to sweat.
