This class is all about single leg balancing! After a brief warm up on the mat, we’ll dive right in to sun salutations. The earlier vinyasas in this hour are a little slower; we really take the time to explore the anatomy and function of each pose together before pairing them with breath. By mid class, though, it’s a different story. After some faster flows, we finish up with a Katonah inspired high lunge twist variation. Get ready to sweat, fire up your glutes, and learn how to build stamina, strength, and endurance in single standing leg balancing postures!
