Julia taught YogaSpark’s second class in 2013, and a whole lot of love, sweat and smiles later, she is now our Tribeca Studio Director. Julia’s classes consist of alignment and core-based flow that's designed to wake up your muscles and get you out of your brain for an hour of your day...with some physiology dorkiness thrown in there! Julia loves to encourage students to take charge of their individual practice; to find how each pose works within their own body and grow it from there. And when all the yogis leave the studio, you may or may not find her belting out show tunes in reception.
