In this 45 Minute class, we work into both the upper and lower body, challenging our core and outer hips while also integrating movement through the shoulder girdle. After a juicy warmup, we work through Warrior I and power lunge variations to get the hips moving, and then deepen our hip opening through different lunge variations. As we get comfortable with grounding through our legs, we start to explore more length and mobility through the shoulders, building up to several eagle variations. Once we start to slow things down it's all about outer hip and outer shoulder opening, as well as bridge variations to counter all of the hip flexion that we focused on throughout.
