Nikki

Nikki’s classes aim to create a space for everyone in the room to build a stronger connection between their minds and bodies through challenging movement and the breath. They are thoughtfully sequenced while at the same time super fun, and of course, set to amazing music. Nikki always has a strong physical purpose and energetic message to her classes, and even if you don’t realize it in the moment, she’s taking you on a journey. Nikki’s experience at YogaSpark began more than a year before the studio opened, since she and Lauren met at their first yoga training, where it would seem that fate brought them together. Now, she not only helps to manage the Tribeca studio, but she heads up all of the Teacher Training, Mentorship and hiring processes. Nikki has challenged herself to never wear clothes that match...so her yoga outfits are...interesting. Fun fact: her given name was Georgia, and she is from Georgia!
