In this 60-minute full-body flow we work on it all from hip strength to heart-opening. We start with glute and core work and build up momentum in a funky warm-up where we lay the foundation of gliding strongly (but seamlessly) between two shapes. This will build heat and aid in making sure the body is ready for a peak sequence that includes arm balances, Halfmoon, and Dancer's pose. We also play internally with the idea that we are always in balance and any sways in the body of 'falling out' of a posture are only our bodies consistently coming back into balance.
