In this special V-Day class Nikki teaches her hubby Bruno (we lovingly call them Brikki) in a sweet 60 minute CandleLight Flow. The class focuses on the full body leading up to Dancer's Pose. In order to open the heart from a place of strength we first must be aligned in our lower body. The class will move through activating glutes and core, opening hips while stabilizing the shoulders, and move all of this into more demanding standing postures. Throughout class you will practice softening when you least expect it helping us remember that especially in moments of challenge, we can clear our resistance and settle. The playlist features songs from Taylor Swift, Lizzo, and Annie Lennox.
CandleLight Classes are filmed in the studio with the lights dimmed and candles set up around the room to create a calming vibe. You’ll move through 45 minutes of active flow and then spend a luxurious 15 minutes moving through a restorative practice. We recommend lowering your lights and maybe even setting up your own candles to transport you!
