    This is a 60 minute full body flow with Jenny. Jenny works the entire body through balancing poses that will eventually lead you to support a series of different hip openers. Sounds kinda funky but trust us, it works. At the end of this flow you just might find yourself in frog pose.

    This is a 60 min live class with Jenny from 8/17. Jenny leads a beautiful class working to open up and stretch your hips while also building strength in your upper body to guide you into firefly. Ultimately you'll find yourself working towards the deepest of hip opener/stretches; frog pose.
