Stephanie’s classes are energetic, strong and creative. She loves encouraging her students to tap into their strength by challenging both the physical body and the mind. She believes that the work we cultivate on the mat transforms in practice off of the mat and it is her goal to bring the healing power of yoga to all of her students. Through mindful sequencing and challenging flows, you can expect Stephanie's class to build heat, bring specific focus to the core and strengthen the entire body. As our Westchester Studio Director, Stephanie is honored and grateful to share her love of teaching with the community and beyond!
