With over 1200 certified teacher training hours from YogaWorks and ModoYoga, Reed has taught over 1100 professional hot yoga classes in New York City. He believes in nonviolence, continuous study, self-care, discipline, and truth. Growing organically from these principles, his teaching style is compassionate, accessible, joyful, lighthearted and fun. When not in the hot room, Reed is busy managing plays and musicals Off Broadway.
