Kaitlyn’s YogaSpark journey began by being a member of the Karma Yoga Program. Her passion for yoga and the community has grown so much that she is now the Assistant Studio Director in Westchester! In Kaitlyn’s classes you can expect to find power in poses like Warrior II and in the next moment take flight in poses like Bird of Paradise. She aims to make classes powerful, creative, and engaging. Speaking of creativity, when she is not rocking it out on the yoga mat you can find Kaitlyn on the stage making everyone laugh as she is also a stand up comedian! Her grounded but fun style will bring you back to your mat again and again.
