This flow by Kaitlyn seeks inspiration from her very own class from a year ago. Having this digital product allows us to document so much of our teachers work, so we thought this series of Self-Inspiration would be a creative way to keep our special community between teachers and students connected from the past into the present.
Kaitlyn looked into this sequence and used it as inspiration to build a flow that expresses her style but also the evolution of her teaching practice within the last year. Just like that class, we peak to eagle pose but explore different ways to get there. The warm up gently opens up the hips while beginning to activate the lower body muscles. Next up we begin to work the shoulders to prep them for eagle. From there we pick up the pace and get the body moving a bit more freely and begin to tie everything all together to ultimately settle into the full expression of Eagle Pose. Enjoy, and remember there is always time to seek inspiration from within!
