As we get into the holiday season its the perfect time to sit down and reflect on all things that we are grateful for; from the smallest to the biggest things. This flow allows us to mentally and physically step into a space for gratitude. We peak to Warrior 3 with interlaced hands behind the back. Working up to this pose we work through grounding, balance and heart openers in poses such as low crescent lunge, high lunge, and cactus arms. Enjoy!
