Hannah's classes are fierce, strengthening, and motivating. She also encourages breaking out into a dance party at all times. She love's encouraging students to meet themselves where they are on the mat and then teaching them to always come back to the breath. This skill, along with the strength built from class, can be taken off the mat and into the yogis daily life.
