Today’s Valentine’s weekend class is inspired by Cleo Wade’s poem, “a love note to my body”. Our energetic theme is self love. There is a lot of movement in this class, and I will encourage you to listen to your body if it calls for rest. This 60 Minute Power Flow with Hannah focuses on opening the chest and shoulders to prepare for Dolphin Pose. We will also twist it out in Chair and High Lunge. The core work is focused on the obliques as you explore variations of Goddess and Warrior II.
