Her smart and creative sequencing will leave you feeling challenged and empowered. This dog lover has a passion for singing hit songs and inserting her dog’s name when no one is listening (okay, sometimes she does it when people are listening!). Ashley’s classes are grounding and fun and she makes killer playlists and will leave you wanting more yoga and more jams!
