This 20 Minute class is a workshop on individual postures that are done in every single yoga class. You will breakdown Mountain Pose, Table Top, Cat & Cow, Down Dog, and Child's Pose. Though we are not flowing in this class you will work so come prepared to engage and stabilize! You will need blocks for this class.
