Session 4: SparkFoundations FLOW with Julia

This 30 minute class is your first real chance to take what you've learned and feel what it's like when we flow, YogaSpark style. Go through a warmup, Sun Salutation A, Sun Salutation B, and then build a short sequence ramping up to a tree pose balance and eventually, Warrior III. Finally, we cool down with a deeper stretch in some restorative poses.
