In this 30 minute class you will continue to build off of what you have been working on by moving through a Sun Salutation B. We will incorporate the Vinyasa flow and the practice of Study then Flow. Study then Flow is where you move slower the first round of practicing a sequence and then move faster (one breath one movement) the second round. We will also breakdown Warrior II, Reverse Warrior, and Warrior III preparing you for your last two classes of the SparkFoundations series.
