SparkFoundations
This is a 5 part series that focuses on the foundations of what makes a YogaSpark class Spark. Whether you are new to yoga or want to hone your knowledge and deepen your practice, this SparkFoundations series is a key ingredient to your yoga practice. The first 3 sections of the pack work on building up your knowledge and strength in key postures and flows that you will practice in most YogaSpark classes. The last two classes are Flow based classes where you put all you have learned together and work on endurance and practicing new postures.
