In this 10 minute core focused class we will get right to the point starting with floor work to wake up the glutes and deep core muscles. After lighting up the entire cylinder of the core we move into a fast paced flow practicing poses like hovering table top, high lunge, warrior III all while focusing on how the core is integral to these shapes. This class will build heat quickly while helping you strengthen the all important core.
