This class starts standing and doesn’t let up. Think of this as an hour long sprint. If you love fast paced, challenging, ultra sweaty flows, this is the hour for you. While our main focus is backbends, the hour has less direct back bending poses than you might expect.
Rather, the focus is placed on back bending in transitions to start finding openness through the front side body as we move through progressively more challenging vinyasas. We transition to finish off with those “direct back bends” on the mat (cobra variations, floor bow, etc.).
