This invigorating flow will get into the hips and gear you up for some new hip mobility exercises. We’ll move through sumo squats, goddess pose (with variations), and twisted lizard to lengthen and strengthen the groin and hip flexors. Tons of core work throughout the class to keep you on your toes (literally!) and build strength. Some poses you’ll see in class are half moon, eagle pose, revolved crescent lunge and side plank! The playlist features songs from Bee Gees, Jordan Rakei, and Chaka Khan.
