This is the 2nd Class in The Power of Setting Intentions Series. Now that you have clarity in your minds and with your hip hinge we are going to target a muscle that goes from your inner thighs to the front of your pelvis through your body and onto your spine. The Iliopsoas is a powerful muscle that is often tight and weak. We start class with a meditation that will guide you into the present moment. We then move into deep core work that will help you feel your psoas engaging. We continue to build and add more demand as we move through class. Use the challenge and specificity of work to stay present to your breath and body.
