For the first 5 minutes of class, Nikki breaks down the work we have been doing so you can move into this final class with the knowledge in your mind and body feeling clear, present, and strong where you are. You will move through a meditation practice that will help you set your own intention that aligns with where you are right now. You will then move through a challenging practice that weaves together the physical work you've been practicing while infusing your movement with meaning.
