This is a 60 Minute power flow that builds up to the arm balance, flying splits. You will move through a ton of core work, warrior III, extended side angle, and flying splits. BlackLight classes are filmed in studio and in the dark to transport your practice and help you focus on what's most important, you! We recommend setting up your space by dimming your lights and getting ready to sweat in the dark and focus on how the poses feel vs. how they look. Get empowered to feel!
