In this 60 minute class we engage the entire body to ultimately peak to Eagle Pose. Our warm up wakes up the lower body by incorporating deep stretches in the legs to prep for strong holds later on in the practice. We then begin to open the heart and shoulders with arm variations such a cactus arms and interlacing the hands behind the lower back. As we move through the practice eagle arms and legs will be woven into different postures to prep for Eagle as the peak pose. Balance and strength play a big part in the success of eagle pose, so in this practice you will feel strong starting from your foundation, into your balance and ending in your focus. This playlist features songs from John Mayer, Beyonce, and Arianna Grande.
