In this class, we utilize your whole body from top to bottom to get your hips warm, open and ready to flow! We flow with a strong pace, but continually integrate alignment adjustments to your shoulders, pelvis, and core so that you can make the most of every single moment. Use this flow to feel strong and open at the same time. You will move through poses like Devotional Warrior, Hand to Big Toe, Side Plank variations (side plank hand to big toe is the peak). This playlist features songs from Cam, Yebba, and Johnnyswim.
