Lexy is the kind of teacher who will keep you on your toes! With her anatomical and energetic knowledge of the yoga practice she will lead you through a dynamic and powerful vinyasa flow that will challenge you with a work out and a work in! Lexy is down with downdog and loves teaching Crow Pose the most because it’s the gateway to all other arm balances. When she is not teaching yoga you will find her mothering or singing ‘It’s Raining Men’ at the top of her lungs. Her fun and smart classes are not to be missed!
