In this 30 minute core focused part of our crow series, we explore multiple postures and challenges that will fire up your core while integrating the rest of the body to get your body ready to fly! Through an active flow, we integrate planks, boat pose, and power lunge in order to support from our center, all while continuing to strengthen our shoulders and hip mobility, so our core is fired up from top to bottom. Fire it up and then fly into crow. Playlist includes Fleetwood Mac, Lake Street Drive, and Tom Petty.
