This 15 minute session is a series of drills targeting the obliques. As per usual, Jenny finds unique, challenging, and sometimes fun (fun in a, this burns like crazy kinda way!) way to light up the obliques. You will move through a series of twists both in your abdominal work and in standing poses. Get ready to use the fire you created in your center core and target into your side core to create a stable, mobile, and adaptive core. All of this work is wonderful for creating more strength but it also is in preparation for the final class in this series. Enjoy!
