Class focuses on twists to prepare us for camel pose at the end of class. We will also explore hip openers like Skandasana side lunge and fly into half moon. We will start with the lotus mudra to inspire beauty and perseverance. The lotus flower represents light coming out of the darkness. Just as we rose out of the muck of the past year, we can continue to see the beauty within our own souls.
