Class is all about joyful movement. We will build heat through buoyant hops in chair and down dog. We will also stretch out the hamstrings and inner thighs to prepare us for half or full split and half moon. We will finish with a joyful, flowing camel variation. This class is celebrating our ability to move our bodies in a way that is uniquely to us. There is only one you in all time, so it is encouraged to find joyful variations or modifications of each posture.
