Today class focuses on stretching the back of the legs. We will also explore twists starting in revolved pyramid and moving on to revolved half moon. Toward the end of class, we will glide into crow pose from yogi squat. Our theme today is expansion and contraction. By tuning into the rhythm of the breath, we recognize that we are never in a perpetual state of discomfort or pleasure.
