Lauren is the founder and owner of YogaSpark. Her classes are dynamic, full-body, full-mat experiences which challenge you to stay present, believe in yourself, question your expectations, and step into your power. She is always cultivating fresh playlists with a funky mix of new and old, rock and roll and pop, and everything in-between. Lauren loves everything about teaching yoga -- from the sequencing prep, to the music discovery, the community it forms, all the laughter, the sweat, the tears, and the strength it gives her and the yogis. Lauren’s strong belief in community has created a space where yogis and instructors alike find their “happy place,” and she is sure to inspire and help you discover what you’re capable of.
