In this 30 minute power class we target the entire body. We start off making a strong connection to the breath so that it carries you through the many power flows. We hone in on poses like Warrior 3 and High Lunge that require full engagement of the entire body through balance, strength and openness. You will finish this class feeling strong from head to toes!
