In our last "mini" class, we dive (literally and energetically) into Dancer's Pose. Starting from the ground and working our way through some side plank variations, we really tune into the relationship between grounding and expanding. You'll be able to directly feel how a strong connection to the earth/groundedness can grant you stability, and thus give you the space and ability to fly.
In our final class of the series, we combine bits of every single mini class into on "mega" sequence, opening our chest and hips and playing with balance. This is the ultimate expression of using the ground to open yourself up. Feel your inner power, feel playful, and harness your own strength!
