Jenny’s classes are designed to be powerful & playful; she is always looking for new and fun ways to challenge & empower her students. Thoughtful, challenging, and fun AF - that’s how we know it’s Jenny! The other way of course is when we walk in and either hear Migos or see a huge, high bun on top of the teacher’s head. Jenny loves exploring all the ways we can stay engaged in the physical practice. She graduated from the YogaSpark Teacher Training and Mentorship programs, so she is born and bred Spark. If you can pull off a killer Bohemian chic look, you are Jenny’s style icon!

  • Jenny Hips & Balancing Flow- Tues 8/10

    This is a 60 minute full body flow with Jenny. Jenny works the entire body through balancing poses that will eventually lead you to support a series of different hip openers. Sounds kinda funky but trust us, it works. At the end of this flow you just might find yourself in frog pose.

  • Jenny Hip Opening Firefly/Frog Flow - Tues 8/17

    This is a 60 min live class with Jenny from 8/17. Jenny leads a beautiful class working to open up and stretch your hips while also building strength in your upper body to guide you into firefly. Ultimately you'll find yourself working towards the deepest of hip opener/stretches; frog pose.
