From the crazy minds of Julia and Nikki come our January 21 Day Core Challenge! This intro video lets you know what it is all about. Classes will drop every week starting January 4th so get ready to feel how just 10 minutes a day can make a huge difference!
The details:
21 ten-minute core-based energetic and physical practices designed to Spark Up your yoga, in or out of the hot room.
5-6 classes per week will be dropped on YogaSpark Digital throughout the month of January. Each day of the week, our energetic focus will change:
Day One: meditation + intention-setting
Days Two, Three and Four: physical drills
Days Five and Six: meditation + guided journaling
Each week, our bodily focus will change:
Week One: Lower Core + Getting Grounded
Week Two: Deep Core + Inner Strength
Week Three: Obliques + Stability
Week Four: Entire Core + Openness/Mobility
