This is the second class in a 4 part series that focuses on the posture Halfmoon. In this 20 minute flow we will focus on how a strong core can heighten a posture like Halfmoon while focusing on the energetic theme or clear intentions. We start on the back in a bridge to wake up the glutes and then move into forearm side plank to light up the obliques. From there we move into a fast paced warm up that will challenge your core to work at a faster pace while getting the heart rate up. We then move into a standing series that includes Warrior II, Triangle, and eventually Halfmoon. We continue to explore bent knee Halfmoon first introduced in Halfmoon Flow 1. You can practice these flows as stand alone classes or as a series as each class builds off of the other. The playlist features songs from Amber Mark, Muse, and Haim.
