Halfmoon with Nikki
Every YogaSpark has been sequenced to get you to where you need to be to practice different postures. In this 4 part series you will get to break down Halfmoon Pose and focus your effort on building the strength and mobility in the lower body, core, and upper body in separate 30 minute classes. In the final 45 minute video, it will all be put together for a full body experience. Each class can be practiced individually or you can use the series to focus your practice for the week.
