This class mostly focuses on floor work that involves traditional yoga hip and shoulder openers coupled with the use of gravity and momentum. We learn to use the weight of our body and the engage/release of the core to facilitate our practice. This is a class to practice when you need to be low to the ground or to get into the body in preparation of you’re full practice. This class is perfect on it's own or before another workout or class (or Part 2 of the series!). There is no music in this section.
