This Class is mostly standing and balancing on one leg. We focus on how to find stability in the body even when the center of weight may be shifted to a non traditional place. We play with height and direction as we learn to take up space with our bodies. This class should be practiced after Warm up and Hone in or after your own warm up of choice.
