Power and Pause classes are done in the warm glow of Candle Light to help you turn inwards and unravel the tension in the mind and body. Spend 40-45 minutes working hard moving through a power flow and then slow things way down with a yummy restorative flow. Power and Pause takes things a little further than our typical CandleLight Flows as we hold you longer and more specifically in your restorative postures. We highly recommend you turning down your lights at home to set the scene!
