This vinyasa is a full body power hour of vinyasa. You’ll start a little slower before amping up with some seriously challenging plank and core work during your sun salutations. By the time you hit standing, it’s a full on sprint.
Pace yourself as you flow through poses that will integrate towards hip work and balancing; you’ll be asked to take what you learn earlier in the class and apply it in new ways as you progress. We wrap up standing with a seriously heart pounding standing flow that will eventually lead you to camel on the mat. Have fun!
