In this 60 minute class, we start with some challenging core exercises to get you fired up from the inside out. This class is all about core, hips, and balancing. We target the hips early in class with some shorter sequences focused on the Warrior poses, which will help get your heart-rate moving, and then we dive into the balancing aspect. The twists that show up later in class will challenge you to push yourself to the next level: they all culminate towards the end of class with an intense peak sequence focused on half moon and revolved half moon followed by some on the mat cool down. Get ready to sweat, smile, and leave feeling refreshed with a brand new spine from all your hard work. The playlist features songs from Ariana Grande, Beyoncé, and Dua Lipa.
