Session 2: Sun A and Vinyasa Breakdown with Julia

In this 20 minute class, we start to break down the vinyasa (or "flow"), which you will see utilized often in every YogaSpark class. Break down chaturanga and plank, including multiple variations. Next we integrate that vinyasa into a basic sun salutation, variations of which are present in every YogaSpark class. Build on what you've already learned and start flowing! Blocks are suggested, but optional.
