This is the 1st class of The Power of Setting Intentions Series. This class focuses on Clarity by starting with a meditation using visualization to feel clear in the body and mind. We then move into the body lighting up the muscles we need for stability and begin to flow focusing on finding a clear hinge at the hips. It seems simple but we need to bend forward MANY times throughout our lives and most of us compensate by rounding the spine or tipping the pelvis. This puts undue strain on areas of our body that aren't meant to take that kind of demand. Our hips, however, are meant to hinge millions of times in our lifetime. This flow will challenge not only your body but your brain and help you bring clarity to your movement both on and off the mat.
